This position at Salud Revenue Partners assists Salud clients by taking in-bound calls from patients as well as making out-bound calls to patients to assist them in resolving issues that may delay account resolution. The representative will assist patients with establishing payment plans, making settlement arrangements, following up with insurance companies or other third-parties such as attorneys or employers, and processing applicable adjustments.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

This job operates in a professional cubicle office environment or in a secure home office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

Essential Duties
- Answer incoming and conduct out-going patient calls regarding insurance bills/medical accounts. English language required; Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within reasonable time; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Fluent in speaking both English and Spanish.
- Ability to work and 8 hour shift Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 8 pm, with the hours primarily being 9am to 5:30pm ET.
- Be driven to learn proactively.
- Contribute to a team while working independently with minimal supervision.
- Have strong organizational and analytical skills, paying special attention to details.
- Ability to learn computer programs/websites quickly.
- Possess strong problem solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a cubicle office environment with little face to face public interaction.
- Knowledge of insurances, Medicaid and Medicare in a hospital and/or physician office setting.
