      Saluda Grade is a New York based asset management firm that aims to produce differentiated investment returns by focusing on residential alternative credit and housing-related finance. Founded in 2019, Saluda Grade is a growing asset-backed specialist with approximately $1.5 billion across managed fund vehicles and securitizations. Our team is comprised of creative and dedicated individuals who are inspired to innovate and drive change in alternative asset origination and capital market ecosystems.


Role Description:

     This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant will provide executive support, and assist with event coordination, internal communications, and general administrative tasks.


Responsibilities: 

·        Oversee general administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, and expense reporting.

·        Provide high-level administrative assistance to executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.

·        Facilitate internal communications and maintain key company documents.

·        Handle confidential information with discretion.

·        Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance.

·        Support the planning and execution of company events, including conferences, offsites, and team gatherings.

·        Assist with logistics for hosting guest, investor meetings and client engagements.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and special projects.


Qualifications:

·        1-2 years of experience in an administrative, office management, or executive support role (experience in finance or a fast-paced professional environment is a plus).

·        Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

·        Ability to anticipate needs, work independently, and handle multiple priorities efficiently.

·        A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of professionalism and discretion.


Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000


This role requires in-office presence at our Midtown location Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
