Job Description
This role will focus on developing detailed AutoCAD designs for commercial and land development projects, including landscape and site plans that incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable design principles.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of plant materials, AutoCAD proficiency, and the ability to translate design concepts into detailed functional plans. This position requires a solid understanding of sustainable and functional design solutions, as well as experience in coordinating with project managers to ensure alignment between design concepts and project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed AutoCAD designs for commercial and land development projects.
- Create visually compelling landscape and site plans that incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable design principles.
- Coordinate with internal teams to produce high-quality renderings and technical drawings.
- Maintain a strong focus on eco-friendly and sustainable design principles throughout all design work.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree or background in Civil Engineering/Design, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in AutoCAD, including proficiency in 3D skills (although not required).
- Strong knowledge of plant materials and their application in landscape design.
- Experience in land development and commercial design-build, with a focus on creative commercial design work.
