We are seeking an outgoing and friendly Account Manager to join our team at Salus Vehicle Solutions. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead sales initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and customer success.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding ADAS diagnostic and calibration services.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or account management, preferably but not required within the automotive sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
