As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Coordinator to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights.

Our team is looking for a resourceful, energetic Program Coordinator, with an Engineering background, to assist with program level coordination, configuration management, supply chain management, vendor and logistics management, and procurement of new products in an exciting technology space. We are searching for a talented individual who is a strategic problem-solver who can lead and work with cross-functional teams to manage changes, perform risk analyses, and execute risk mitigation plans to support engineering development builds. Our team is collaborative, creative, and passionate about what we do and the products we make.

Key Qualifications :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal); able to work in a large cross-functional team environment
Collaborate with operations team members; and managed daily lab operations to support engineering needs, securing resources, and maintaining lab integrity.
Experience creating and maintaining large quantities of data in spreadsheets
Meticulous attention to detail; flexible with the ability to react to changes in a time-sensitive environment
Ability to work on multiple projects at a time
Prior experience working with overseas vendors, including NPI projects, purchasing, and logistics
Positive customer-first attitude
Experience developing and structuring BOMs for hardware products desired
Experience with PLM tools, Agile experience preferred but not required
Data Center Operations experience preferred but not required.

Core Responsibilities :

Support full portfolio of programs, with scope management, scheduling, product development, quality tracking and reporting, risk management, project reporting, and tracking to closure of issues and action items

Manage engagements with business groups, vendors, and contracted manufacturing partners, to ensure resources are assigned and program tasks / essential work are complete

Provide material demand planning, inventory control and logistics readiness from vendors to OEMs, in support of organizational programs and / or critical activities

Submit purchase requisitions, track POs, submit goods receipts, and process procurement invoices

Drive change management, as required for document review and approval, to implement ECO's and deviations, providing feedback to engineers when necessary

Manage the logistics of ordering and tracking parts for early prototyping and engineering builds throughout development

Effectively and accurately communicate relevant information to all levels of partners, business groups, and management.

Prepare weekly dashboards and reports.

Communicate ideas for process improvement within the site and organization.

Work with management on initiatives as directed.

Education : BS / BA degree or 3 years of industry experience.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 40lbs.

Ability to climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs to access elevated equipment

Ability to stand for long periods of time in various work environments

Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for equipment related tasks

Basic physical fitness to respond quickly to emergency situations and navigate areas quickly

Ability to move quickly and efficiently withing various work environments to troubleshoot issues or respond to emergencies.

Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for working with small components and connectors

Clear vision, with or without correction, to perform tasks requiring attention to detail and precision while wearing safety glasses

Ability to differentiate between color-coded warning signs, labels, and cables

Ability to work in environments with a wide variety temperature inside a facility
