About the Position
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Building Caretaker to join our team at Salvation Army USA. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our building, grounds, and vehicles. You will also perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking and replacing air filters, and inspecting plumbing and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and organize the building, including emptying trash and recyclables, mopping floors, and cleaning windows.
- Maintain the exterior of the building, including mowing the lawn, cleaning parking lots and sidewalks, and performing light repairs as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
