Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive 360° Recruiter to undertake a freelance, commission-based assignment. The ideal candidate will manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, efficiently navigating both client and candidate interactions. This role is tailored for self-driven professionals who excel in a fluid, performance-driven environment.
Key Deliverables
- Actively prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and relationship-building efforts to secure business opportunities.
- Manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and placing them in client roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their talent needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate fees, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Maintain and grow a database of clients and candidates, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets based on successful placements and client satisfaction.
