We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our business expansion in the United States . This role will be responsible for aligning our headquarters’ HR strategies with local business needs, ensuring effective execution of HR policies, talent development, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US labor market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with company objectives , ensuring the successful implementation of corporate HR initiatives.
- Oversee the execution and localization of HR policies in the US, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Provide HR support across all functions, offering strategic guidance and ensuring smooth implementation of HR initiatives.
- Develop and manage a strong talent pipeline , focusing on key positions and employee skill development.
- Ensure efficient office administration by updating policies, coordinating internal events (team-building, meetings), and handling general administrative tasks (visitor management, document organization, etc.).
