Reliability Maintenance and Engineering Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for an accomplished Reliability Maintenance and Engineering Manager to lead and inspire our teams in delivering safe, efficient, and innovative engineering and maintenance solutions. Core Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Reliability Maintenance and Engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
• Oversee multiple engineering and maintenance projects from inception to completion, meeting scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Manage capital and major maintenance expenditures, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of approved funds.
• Lead diverse teams, including Plant Engineering, Furnace Maintenance Engineering, and Facilities Maintenance, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Design and implement engineered solutions to address safety, environmental, and operational challenges.
• Establish and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs tailored to operational needs.
• Coordinate and oversee equipment and facility upgrades, including installation, commissioning, and startup processes.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year operational strategy, incorporating growth, sustainability, and maintenance projects.
• Mentor and develop engineering and maintenance staff, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit standards, including ISO and IATF requirements.
