Job Description
Salary: $22.00 - $26.00/Hour
Salzmann Hughes, P.C. is seeking an experienced Real Estate Processor/Closer with 3 years of experience to support the firm. The Candidate will support multiple attorneys and responsibilities will include coordinating settlements for a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions; reviewing title work and preparing title commitments; drafting legal descriptions from subdivision plans; working closely with lenders and realtors to prepare closing disclosures in a timely fashion; preparing title insurance policies; preparing and filing a variety of documents, including, deeds, mortgages, etc.; coordinating all aspects of the closing process, pre-closing, closing, and post-closing, for various commercial and residential transactions.
The Candidate must have a strong work ethic, the ability to work in a team environment, the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments while delivering a consistent, quality work product to both attorneys and clients, strong attention to detail, the ability to work with little supervision and to seek help when needed, strong written and verbal communication skills including excellent telephone skills. TitleExpress proficiency preferred.
