This is a seasonal position and the anticipated first day of work is in March 2025 and the last day is estimated to be in November 2025.
Shuttle Driver
Responsibilities
- Transport guests and between the designated stop areas in a safe and efficient manner
- Provide the highest level of customer service and give assistance if necessary
- Be knowledgeable and helpful to passengers and guests regarding schedules and services
- Strictly follow the company’s lost and found program
- Ensure vehicle is clean, fueled and in safe operating condition, noting any issues to manager promptly
- Perform pre and post shift vehicle inspections using company inspection forms and vehicle logs
- Follow all health, safety standards, security guidelines, policies, and initiatives
- All other duties as may be assigned
Requirements
- Superior customer service skills, strong communication skills, and a team player
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with many personality types.
- Safety oriented paying attention to all traffic rules and company’s driver agreement policy
- Provide a clean driving record on an MVR background check
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Education & Experience
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license
Experience: Six (6) months in a hotel / resort setting preferred
Resort / National Park Concession experience preferred
