We are Sam Carbis Solutions Group and we are looking for a Client Care Specialist to round out our customers’ experience.
The Client Care Specialist is primarily responsible for keeping projects moving throughout our system. They are responsible for ensuring that each detail in the customer's order is addressed by managing orders from the point of contract through delivery of product. The Client Care Specialist works closely with sales teams, engineering, production and 3rd party providers to achieve and provide excellent customer satisfaction.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Proactively assist clients and other team members as necessary
Process orders, change orders, and leads as necessary in a timely manner
Provide status updates to clients as necessary
Understand the clients project timelines and the impacts thereof
Client advocate to ensure milestones are being met internally and externally
Use logic and reasoning skills to identify, address and resolve issues that may impede the flow of work or have a negative impact on the company and/or or our clients
Act and interact effectively and proactively to provide timely and quality information to and from all departments and clients
Be effective in working in a team environment
Possess the ability to resolve product/service problems by clarifying the customers’ complaint. Determine the cause and expedite the correction/adjustment and follow up
Adheres to corporate communication and documentation policy
Ability to make the decision that is the right one for the company and the client
Ability to remain focused on the highest priority and the workload at hand without being bothered by distractions and shifting priorities
Proactively prospecting for new clients – dedicated phone time each day
Sell catalog equipment as necessary
Willing and able to work scheduled hours, with some outside standard business hours, if required.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 4-5 years customer service experience in an industrial setting preferred
- Project Management experience preferred
- Good phone personality: Must speak in a clear, friendly manner to clients and potential clients
- Effective communicator: Ability to listen well to understand clients needs and effectively communicate them internally and externally
- Excellent Excel & Word capabilities
- Excellent grammar skills
- Proven experience in organizational & multitasking abilities
- Proven experience in prioritizing work, meeting tight deadlines and managing projects
- Proven experience in working independently and as part of a team
- Some overnight travel possible
- Confidentiality agreement required
