**HIRING FOR MATERIAL HANDLER/BOX TRUCK DRIVER**
- We are hiring (2) material handler/box truck drivers to work day shift. Must be willing to work 8 or 12 hours shifts depending on the position and schedule you are assigned.
- Must have previous experience driving a fork truck and a box truck
- Must have previous experience working in shipping/receiving department

We are looking for an experience material handler/box truck driver to move product and material around our factory and transport material between our two buildings . You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving around warehouses, storage spaces and other facilities. You must be a responsible individual with great experience in operating industrial vehicles. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct forklift safety inspection and document as required
- Locate and move drums/bobbins of products to pallets for storage or shipment
- Load/unload product from box truck and tractor trailers
- Transport materials, bobbins/drums, and wire to production areas; stage loads for upcoming customer pick up
- Inspect and confirm correct information on labeled pallets
- Close, label, and palletize finished products
- Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
- Comply with company policies and guidelines
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
Skills
- Proven 1 years of experience as forklift operator and box truck driver
- Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
- Must be able to bend, lift, push, pull 50 lbs on a continuous basis
- Must be able to work 8 or 12-hour shifts; standing, walking, climbing entire shift
