What will you be doing?
- eCommerce planning and forecasting: Create daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and forecasting for owned websites in addition to leading report creation and driving weekly business meetings
- Promotional planning: Work cross-functionally with marketing and eCommerce teams to establish a foundation and execute on promotional planning
- Maximize sales: Identify opportunities to drive business, maximize profit, and assure category sales and lifecycle management goals are achieved
- Inventory management and analysis: Assure store and website inventories are managed through proper analysis in an effort to maximize sales results
- Maximize margin: Verify adequate stock levels for key items and facilitate merchandise projects to balance stock
- Execute Product Vision: Partner with Merchant and cross functional areas to ensure execution of product vision
- Be a subject matter expert: Act as the leader across peer group to implement best practices for the business

- College degree preferred
- 5 years’ experience in planning, buying or allocation
- Prior supervision of staff preferred
- Previous allocation or analyst experience
- Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerBI expertise preferred
