Position Overview
The Parts Specialist provides outstanding support to our walk-in and telephone retail customers. He / she will have the ability to accurately answer questions and satisfy customer needs. The Parts Specialist will expertly use the Reynolds and Reynolds computer system to identify and locate automotive products from inventory. He / she searches beyond inventory to locate parts not in stockand will make arrangements for prompt delivery. Automotive parts sales experience is required for this position. The ideal Parts Specialist will have prior Ford parts experience and strong computer skills. We are looking for an individual that wants to work in a positive team environment. This position offers commissioned pay with a high degree of success.
Specifications
- Must complete and pass a pre-employment screening process, including a drug-test, motor vehicle check, and criminal background check.
- Dealership experience is required
- Prior knowledge of electronic parts catalogs
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ford Parts warranty retention and return policy preferred
- Ability to use parts department computer system - Reynold and Reynolds
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license
