Sam Galloway Ford-Lincoln is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator. Our ideal candidate will have previous automotive accounting experience. The ideal candidate will also be able to pay excellent attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

We support several different charitable organizations throughout Southwest Florida. Among them are the American Cancer Society, the preservation of the Edison-Ford Winter Estates and the Community Cooperative Ministries (The Soup Kitchen), to name a few.
Job Responsibilities
- Knows and understands the manufacturer warranty policies and procedures manual
- Establishes and maintains a productive relationship with the manufacturer warranty representatives
- Reviews every warranty repair order for completion and accuracy
- Determines and enters the applicable labor operation codes, failure codes, and any other administrative data required
- Monitors the use of special warranty programs for any type of abuse; diagnosis time and straight time to name a few
- Reviews all returned and rejected warranty claims and prepares the repair orders for immediate re-submission
- Maintains a record of all claims submitted, returned, rejected, or paid
- Provides weekly reports to the Service Director regarding claim status
