We are seeking a coordinator to assist in giving our customers the Best Consumer Experience possible.
- Will greet customers on the Service Drive to ensure guest are taken care of in a timely manner.
- Must have strong follow up skills and the experience to handle customer concerns quickly and positively.
- Will be responsible to contact customers after Service experience to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Must be able to multi task and assist with contacting customers that currently have their vehicles in for service.
