Sam Galloway Ford is looking for full time phone operator / cashier for a fast paced automotive Service Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Answers and directs incoming phone calls in a prompt, friendly and outgoing manner.
- Handles customer and associate questions and requests.
- Accurately perform cashier duties - handling cash, checks and credit card transactions with
- precision while following company policies and procedures.
- Providing customer support to all departments.
- Filing, copying & other clerical assignments as needed.
- Familiar with store layout.
- Remains product knowledgeable.
- Keeps work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.
- Follows all Company Policies and Procedures
Requirements
Salary : $15 - $17
