Educational and Experience Requirement
High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent. No experience required, but six months clerical experience is desirable.
Nature & Purpose of Position
Performs clerical duties for the department.
Primary Responsibilities
Performs basic clerical functions to include data and document processing and provides general customer service. Performs data entry, verifies data and files. Performs receptionist duties, directs phones and walk-in customers, and schedules appointments. Runs standard reports. Solves routine problems to complete tasks of a repetitive nature. Receives and distributes mail. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Other Specifications
May require the ability to type and use the computer. Requires accuracy in all duties. Working conditions are usually good with little or no disagreeable elements. Work schedules may vary from normal working hours as required by programs.
This position is part-time, benefit eligible positions (30 hours a week).
Assists the football coaches with paperwork to include playbooks and practice logs. Supports the football coaches with assisting in finalizing recruiting logs and records retention. Helps the football coaches with completing miscellaneous paperwork to include inventory monitoring. Must adhere to all conference and NCAA guidelines.
