Nature & Purpose of Position
Support the College of Business Administration Dean’s Office by undertaking various daily tasks, including but not limited to: facilitating the transmission and duplication of documents through fax and copy machines, as well as filing, proficiently navigating and utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office suite programs, managing the distribution of office mail, overseeing the securing and unlocking of classrooms, and replenishing supplies in the breakroom.
Other Requirements for the Position
It is important that this position is filled by someone who is organized, punctual, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, pays attention to detail, understands confidentiality, and has Microsoft Office Suite experience.
