Nature & Purpose of Position
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform intake procedures on devices to be recycled and/or disposed of.
- Perform data sanitization for computer devices.
- Schedule and complete weekly transportation of equipment to property.
- Schedule and complete on-demand transportation of equipment to SHSU satellite locations in The Woodlands and Conroe.
- Responsible for general organization of department space, including stock management and counting.
- Assist full-time employees with managing client requests.
- Complete data entry and analysis in inventory and service management systems.
- Communicate with campus clients and stakeholders via phone, email, and messaging.
- Other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements for the Position
Must be enrolled in a minimum of six semester hours maintaining a minimum SHSU GPA of 2.5. Must be able to demonstrate basic technology competencies regarding hardware and office-related applications. Data Security, Accounting, or Customer Service experience preferred.
