Associates degree in related field. Three years related experience or experience in a related field. Certifications may be required. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.
Nature & Purpose of Position / Usual Duties :
Performs advanced specialist duties for a department, college or division.
Primary Responsibilities (Staff Positions Only) :
Assists a supervisor in planning, or personally plans various parts of a major project. Plans, develops, markets, implements, coordinates and monitors training programs, meetings, or conferences. Compiles, tracks, and reviews data and reports from meetings and various trainings. Prepares, reviews, revises and distributes documents and correspondence. Processes participant registrations, collects conference fees from agencies, and compiles financial reports for the programs. May be responsible for planning, directing, marketing, supervising, and participating in special projects. Performs other duties as assigned.
