Nature & Purpose of Position
This position provides support for the Office of the Vice President of Facilities Management.
Duties to include :
- General clerical work such as filing, inventory checks, supply management, and data input will be required.
- The ability to use office machines : computer, copier, scanner, fax and binding machines will be required.
- Student must possess ability to use Microsoft Office suite and use the Outlook Calendar.
- This position requires customer service and reception area management.
- Must be a self-starter, responsible, reliable, punctual, and able to maintain work place confidentiality.
Other Requirements for the Position
Must have your own transportation to and from work.
