What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Sam Kendalls?
Busser
- Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after diners are done eating
- Cleaning tables; Wiping up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables
- Replacing cutlery and glassware in anticipation of new diners
- Refilling paper napkins, salt and pepper shakers and any other depleted condiments on the dining table
- Bringing out meal orders if waitstaff are busy
- Handling cleaning of the dining area at the close of day
- Making Tea and Coffee as needed for servers
- Keeping a continuous supply of clean and rolled silverware at the ready for customers.
- Replace Soda syrups if they go empty
- Keep bus tubs in the service area and behind the bar emptied out; all dishes are brought back in bus tubs to the dish area

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
