What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner position at Sam Kendalls?
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including but not limited to restrooms, dining area, salad area, walk in.
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
- Cleaning windows and glass surfaces
- Restocking supplies in restrooms and around the resturaunt: salt and pepper shakers, sugar caddies, paper towels, hand soap dispensers.
- Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols
Experience:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
