**About the Role**
As a Frickers hostess/greeter, you are the first and last person our guests will see during their visit. You will be responsible for creating an excellent first impression and ensuring that every guest leaves happy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and inform them of specials and events.
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
- Manage a waiting list, seat guests, bus tables, and assist servers.
- Answer phone calls and enter carry out orders into the POS system.
- Suggestive sell and ensure orders are correct while handling money.
- Assist servers and managers throughout the dining room.
