Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly upon entry, assess their needs, and proactively offer assistance in finding desired products.
Product Knowledge: Gain comprehensive understanding of product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively answer customer inquiries and provide informed recommendations.
Sales Transactions: Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process payments, handle returns, and ensure customer satisfaction with each transaction.
Merchandising: Stock shelves, rotate inventory, create visually appealing displays, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Sales Promotions: Stay updated on current sales promotions and effectively communicate them to customers to drive sales.
Customer Service: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, resolve issues, and build positive relationships to encourage repeat business.
Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow sales associates to achieve team goals, assist colleagues as needed, and maintain a positive work environment.
