Quality Assurance Analyst (Non-Technical)
SAM Nutrition is the largest U.S. importer and distributor of ingredients used to feed and nourish

Responsibilities:
- Executes clerical licensing and registration activities in countries of operation under
supervision of QA Manager. - Support the creation and management of product documentation, including but not limited
to Safety Data Sheets, Technical Data Sheets, Certificates of Analysis, and supplementary
technical information forms. - Process Quality Documents in compliance with, USDA, FDA, DHS, OSHA, and other US
government agencies per company policy. - Supports the development and implementation of quality and compliance programs, policies,
reporting, and practices. - Help investigate and resolve customer complaints by working closely with our sales team
and QA manager to log and document concerns, inquiries, and corrective actions. - Manages product sampling, preparation, presentation, testing submission and shipping to
stakeholders. - Assist with training initiatives that inform employees about compliance
requirements. - Assist with facility EHS program. Help perform internal inspections and audits at SAM Facilities including warehouse environment.
- Support Quality Assurance Manager in vendor qualification activities.
- Support International Logistics team with document management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Some college education is required with completed credit hours in mathematics and natural
sciences. - 1-2 years of experience in data management, report filing, and document processing.
- Highly analytical, thorough, and able to work in a high-growth, fast-paced,
entrepreneurial environment. - Strong attention to detail and organization of documentation.
- Must be local and have the ability to work 100% onsite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in animal science, biology, chemistry, or other life science.
- Bilingual is a plus
