The Warehouse Manager will manage Under-the-Roof (UTR) operations for our central warehouse and associated near satellite spaces. The Warehouse Manager will plan and execute all daily operational work, including overseeing Inbound (IB) shipments, internal warehouse process flow optimization, dispatch and loading of all Outbound (OB) shipments, and manage proper documentation. The Warehouse Manager will partner with Supply Chain Managers, Transportation Managers, Inventory Managers, and Program Managers, and report to the Operations Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Leverages our Enterprise Resource System (NetSuite), reports, and software modules to control and plan operations.
- Direct, control and monitor the warehousing and distribution of materials or finished goods. Responsible for receiving, stocking, loading, and unloading material.
- Interact with 3PL Logistics to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
- Enforce full compliance with tech adoption for the inventory lifecycle.
- Plans the movement of materials to ensure the efficiency of warehouse operations.
- Develop and maintains processes that ensures inventory control and quality assurance (ICQA) compliance.
- Drive site Safety Program and adhere to OSHA and FDA compliance.
- Lead EH&S improvement efforts/projects, ensure compliance to guidelines and processes.
- Determine staffing and skill requirements to meet organizational needs and implement plans to address any gaps, to include hiring, training, and certifying the workforce.
- Responsible for ongoing evaluation of employee performance, motivation, and discipline of employees.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Highly analytical, thorough, and able to work in a high-growth, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Strong attention to detail and organization of documentation.
- Strong social skills: ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of Finance, Operations and Senior Management.
- Cost-Analysis and Optimization experience, such as Kaizen or Lean.
- Understanding of WMS.
- Understanding of 5S organizational standards.
- Must become forklift/PIT certified.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
