RESPONSIBILITIES :
Diagnose and Repair : Identify and troubleshoot vehicles using diagnostic tools and software. Perform necessary repairs, replacements, or adjustments to restore functionality.
Maintenance : Conduct routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and other preventative measures, to ensure equipment remains in good working condition.
Field Service : Travel to customer sites to perform on-the-spot repairs and maintenance. Ensure all necessary tools, parts, and equipment are available for efficient service delivery.
Customer Interaction : Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns, explain repairs, and provide updates on the status of their equipment.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including work orders, parts used, and time spent on each task. Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing repairs and maintenance. Ensure that all work is conducted safely to prevent accidents and injuries.
Inventory Management : Monitor and manage inventory levels of parts and tools. Order replacements as needed to ensure that service operations are not interrupted.
Training and Development : Stay updated on the latest technology, tools, and industry best practices. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities : Must be on time for mobile appointments. May require working on weekends and after hours.
Requirements
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician
Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
Fast, eager learner and team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Clean driving record & valid driver's license
Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record that is acceptable to our policies.
