- Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support to resolve complex issues and support end-users.
- Incident Management: Lead the response and resolution of critical incidents, minimizing downtime and impact.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor system performance and generate reports to track key metrics and trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that systems comply with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
