As the Director of Digital Strategy for eCommerce, youll be responsible for developing digital strategies that give members a reason to shop online. Youll lead a team thatll focus on bringing non-promotional campaigns to life online. Campaigns will include key drivers, such as Seasonal, New & Trending, and our private label brand, Members Mark. To drive objectives, youll need to foster a deeply collaborative culture, building partnerships with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that enhance performance.
Youll make an impact by :
- Developing new digital experiences that give members a reason to shop online, including the continued enhancement of our new virtual immersive shopping experience.
- Building digital strategies to increase awareness and sales penetration for our private label brand, Members Mark, while also partnering closely with the Members Mark team to develop new community experiences.
- Developing strategies that optimize how our Seasonal campaigns come to life digitally : developing mobile and app-first experiences that drive inspiration, consideration, and conversion across categories.
- Driving the development of campaigns that highlight new & trending items to our members, driving excitement as we continue to expand our online-only item assortment.
- Developing, with user research and analytics data, a deep understanding how our members engage with us digitally, what matters to them, and solving for pain points.
- Leading the implementation of new processes and / or technical solutions to help scale efficiency and best-in-class workflows and timelines, embedding operational excellence into everything you do.
- Building a culture of excellence, developing talent, and putting members at the heart of solutions.
- Building talent, leading teams, and influencing with cross functional partners to meet business targets.
- Anticipating next generation customer needs and rising market competition, driving innovation in business strategies and product development.

Live Better U is a company paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
