Job Description:
Data-Driven Product Decisions
- Maintain a deep understanding of product and feature analytics, as well as data analysis tools and techniques.
- Support data collection and evaluation within assigned areas, including acquisition cost, conversion rate, adoption, active users, feature usage, user churn, net promoter score, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
- Drive customer/client needs by researching and verifying customer expectations and delivering customer value within profitability and other targets.
- Become aware of various principles, ways of working, and subdomain-specific terminologies.
- Identify gaps across subdomains and report gaps for potential innovation opportunities.
Influencing and Building Stakeholder Consensus
- Demonstrate verbal/non-verbal behaviors and application and allocation of business communication styles/techniques in ambiguous and challenging situations.
- Situationally aware, elements of emotional intelligence and influencing styles, communication channels/mediums, interpersonal skills, and universal relationship building.
- Communicate in one-to-one/stakeholder meetings involving one-two teams, proactively build professional networks, articulate results/recommendations, actively listen to others, and acknowledge different technical perspectives.
Product Vision and Strategy
- Articulate problem statements and hypotheses.
- Guide team members towards prototypes.
- Effectively communicate product strategy and vision and the unit economics of a product.
- Understand the need for 'Go-to-Market' strategies and levers for user adoption.
Technology Orientation
- Demonstrate an understanding of InfoSec policies and process.
- Own business and user acceptance testing for simple products/features.
- Independently represent technology requirements and drive technology design outcomes.
- Demonstrate an understanding of product architecture, services involved, and the database and cloud technologies used.

Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$234,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
