Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who take pride in their work to fill the Member Assistant - Cart Attendant role.
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring members have a positive shopping experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure club pick-up orders are filled by contacting members to notify them of delayed pickup times, informing them when products are unavailable, offering alternative product options, and selecting and packaging products according to company policies.
- Maintain safety of the facility by conducting regular safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and reporting any unsafe situations to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, and resolving member issues and concerns.
Requirements:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and move quickly and accurately while assisting members.
