What you'll do...
As a Senior Engineering Manager on the Sam's Tech team, you will be leading the Sam's club Membership Front End engineering team. You will manage a team of high-performing engineers who work on designing and developing front end journeys for membership, such as join / renew and upgrade. The goal of the team is to provide members with the least friction-filled experience.

What you'll do :
- Lead engineering team to plan, design, and implement Membership journeys
- Supervise a team of 8 to 12 developers who are responsbile for designing, developing and debugging FE code.
- Manage multiple initiatives, prioritizing tasks and resources to deliver projects on time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, UX, and business teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Ensure the team adheres to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
- Provide technical guidance, support, and coaching to team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation
- Drive the initiatives for engineering and operational excellence

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Minimum Qualifications...
