Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender and Server (we can train) to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. As a Server you will be responsible for poolside guests enjoying drinks and meals
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed and tracking usage.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash register.
- Assist in catering events or special functions as required, showcasing hospitality skills.
Skills
- Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the health of customers is prioritized.
- Strong hospitality skills to create an inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Experience in the food industry or catering is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a nightclub or bar setting, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
