No experience necessary. Anyone with a desire to learn and positive attitude is welcome to apply.
We're seeking honest & hardworking individuals that are willing to learn in a fun fast pace environment. Enjoy working in a friendly & fun environment with terrific co-workers while making pizza from scratch or serving up some of our terrific craft beers. We are hoping to find more talented crew members to provide excellent service to our customers.
Part-time and Full-time positions available for both nights and days. Our scheduling is flexible!
Must have weekend availability.
Must also be able to work around the holidays.
We are looking for a competent Restaurant Employee to take and deliver orders. You’ll be responsible for our customers’ experiences. Delivery driver responsibilities include ensuring our plates and utensils are clean when guests arrive, taking orders over the phone, driving to multiple Iowa City locations to deliver food. You need to be quick on your feet and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
A valid drivers license, insurance, and clean driving record is necessary for the position.
Responsibilities
- Take phone orders and deliver them
- Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Clean dishes and put them away
- Closing out tickets and calculating money earned
Skills
- Hands-on POS experience
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Basic math to calculate tips receive and cash to break for orders
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
