What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Specialist for Music School / Violin Shop position at Sam's Strings?
Sam's Strings Violin Shop and the Paganini School of Music is looking to hire a part-time or potentially full-time Customer Service Specialist to join their team of passionate and professional staff. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, communicate and present themselves in a professional manner to clients, handle customer service concerns, and be a welcoming personality to all visitors.
Significant customer service experience is required, including telephone, in-person, and written communication. Common administrative tasks include create and send invoices, arrange the teaching schedule (which includes make-ups and rescheduling), managing website orders, answering questions from customers about store and school policies, and other tasks as needed. Attention to detail is essential for the successful candidate, including accurate data entry with a minimum typing speed of 40wpm is required.
The successful candidate loves to help customers and work together as a team player. The hours for this position are afternoon/evening 4 weekdays and potentially one weekend day, for a full-time position.
