What you'll do...

• Provide Expertise & Guidance: Improve action plans, offer expert advice, and align efforts with business needs.
• Implement Business Solutions: Build relationships, identify business needs, monitor progress, and adapt to changes.
• Ensure Compliance & Integrity: Model and support adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
• Financial Management: Analyze financial data, support business plans, and communicate results.
• Category Strategy: Identify savings opportunities, optimize category segmentation, and track supplier performance.
• Source Selection & Negotiation: Develop supplier scorecards, facilitate negotiations, and manage contracts.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Assess capabilities, monitor performance, and implement improvement strategies.
• Effective Communication: Present complex information, prepare structured reports, and influence teams.
• Problem Solving: Identify procurement problems, suggest solutions, and collaborate on implementation.
• Data & Digital Literacy: Leverage data for analysis, ensure data quality, and propose process improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
