Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and skilled math educators to join our team and inspire young learners. The ideal candidate will have a strong math background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students in a fun and interactive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Teach math concepts to students using the Singapore Math method, focusing on problem-solving, heuristics, and hands-on activities.
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and participation.
- Assess students’ understanding and tailor instruction to meet their individual needs.
- Guide students through carefully designed worksheets, ensuring a balance of conceptual understanding and practice.
Qualifications:
- Strong math skills and a passion for teaching.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in teaching or tutoring math to elementary and middle school students is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Singapore Math method is highly desirable, but training will be provided.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to inspire students.
