Estimator and Project Manager

Sam The Concrete Man, the premier residential concrete provider in metro Nashville is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator. The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for providing concrete flatwork estimates and overseeing the projects. All appointments will be pre-qualified and scheduled in advance by our call center Mon-Fri. in Nashville and surrounding areas.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

~ Meet prospective clients to discuss the scope of projects.

~ Creating project estimates for clients.

~ Meet with subcontractors who perform the projects.

~ Scheduling job starts.

~ Collecting payments from clients.

~ Photographing job sites.

~ Effectively manage your time.

~ Provide consistent and exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

~ 21 years old

~ Professional demeanor and appearance

~ Punctual

~ Confident

~ Reliable

~ Valid Driver’s License

~ Must have estimating experience in one of these fields: concrete, masonry, landscaping, or asphalt.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

~ Lift up to 50 lbs.

~ Walking in various weather and ground conditions on job sites

~ Performing mathematical calculations

~ Driving to multiple locations daily

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

~ Indoor and outdoor work, including changing office temperatures, and exposure to variant weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, etc.) and muddy ground conditions.

COMPENSATION:

~ Competitive base $50,000 annual salary bonus structure up to $75,000

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
