Care Attendant (Evenings or On-Call)
Wage Range: $18.29-20.21/hr - we honor based on years of relevant experience
Hours: 6am - 6pm, Every other weekend (Friday - Sunday)
Job description:
As a care attendant at Samaritan Bethany, you will:
- Pass medications and perform treatments such as applying compression socks to residents following the electronic medical record system.
- Assist residents based on their resident-directed care plan with personal cares such as; bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, showers and responds to resident call-lights
- Document care provided in resident’s electronic medical record system.
- Provide other duties including order and cleanliness in resident rooms and work areas, operate equipment, and service meals to residents.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Preferred certification with MN Nursing Assistant Registry (CNA). If not certified, we can assist you to obtain certification.
