Wage Range: $26.22 - $30.97, we honor based on years of relevant experience
Hours:
- Evenings 3pm-11:30pm and Every Other Weekend (Full or Part Time)
- Nights 11pm-7:30am and Every Other Weekend (Full or Part Time)
Job description:
As a LPN/Household Nurse at Samaritan Bethany, you will:
- Assist residents with medications, treatments and care based on their resident-directed care plan
- Document services provided in electronic medical record
- Observe residents and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor
- Guides and directs work of Caregivers (CNAs) and Homemakers during assigned shift
Requirements:
- Must have a MN LPN License and be active & in good standing
