Samaritan Health Services, a non-profit integrated health care system, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, or Psychologist to join our recently constructed, state of the art clinic in beautiful Sweet Home, OR .
Providers and their families will appreciate the abundant outdoor beauty found around the friendly community of Sweet Home, as well as proximity to the pristine Oregon Coast, the Cascade Mountains for snow sports, and Portland, Oregon’s largest city – all within two hours! - Mentorship program to connect you with a local Samaritan to better settle into new community
- Practice in a population-based practice management strategy with flexibility to be interrupted to respond to urgent / emergency situations and “curb-side consults”
