Samaritan Health Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Clinical / Counseling Psychologist to join Samaritan Mental Health, working as part of the primary care team serving patients in Albany, OR.

Job Specifics
- Position based in Albany, OR
- Mon – Fri, 25 patient contact hours weekly – can be 4.5 or 5 day work week
- Provide services through a hybrid in-person and telemedicine approach
- Provide outpatient therapy to patients with chronic disease management and moderate to severe psychological distress, behavioral challenges, and conditions.
- Engage as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including primary care clinician(s), a dedicated clinic psychiatrist, and care coordinators.
- Typical day would involve 6-7 patients, each with 60-minute appointments
- No call responsibilities
- Job Requirements
- Currently licensed / license eligible in Oregon in psychology, social work, or other appropriate clinical therapy and must meet credentialing standards
- Knowledge of ethical standards and Oregon state law pertaining to the practice of therapy for the specific license held
- Multicultural awareness and skills in a clinical setting
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
