Pay Range:
$35.47-41.12
The base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. Shift differentials have been included in the range. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity and contracts
Eligible for Sign On Bonus and Relocation Assistance
Main Focus will be Covid call questions and management of information.
Tasks: Answering cell phone. Responding to emails and general questions from employees.4

- Assisting with covid testing

2. Traveling Employees
- General Questions
- Travel Agreements
- Pay related questions
3. Exposure to Employees
- Gather information through Meditech and NSO to determine potential staff exposures
- Interview exposed staff to determine type and extent of exposure and need for quarantine and monitoring
- Communicate with Infection prevention and Local Public Health Offices by phone, email and text in regards to exposures
4. Documentation:(Maintain excel spread sheets with information related to:)
- Call log
- Exposures
- Travel
- Testing
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Previous acute care or clinical family practice experience preferred. Demonstrates active committee participation and leadership. Organizational ability. Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and management/leadership skills. Must possess and demonstrate knowledge of the growth and development and means to provide appropriate care to the varied age groups, pediatric to geriatric, to whom health care is provided.
Current NY RN license. Certified CPR. IV or phlebotomy certified.
