Pay Range: $20.84 - $33.34

The Financial Credentialing Specialist is responsible for enrollment and credentialing functions across all payers and health system providers. This position is responsible for ensuring all providers are properly and timely enrolled, and are in compliance with payer, state and federal enrollment requirements. Maintains communication with each clinician until all required documentations is obtained .Acts as liaison between clinics, insurance companies, hospital, medical staff office and other facilities in enrollment matters. Serves as a resource in financial credentialing billing issues. The accuracy and timely filing of credentialing applications has a significant impact with respect to ensuring the delivery of quality care in the healthcare system and provider reimbursement. This individual interacts with various members of accreditation and/or regulatory agencies, community’s resources and organization and various staff at all levels throughout the organization.
- Associates degree in business or health related field or H.S graduate with 3-5yrs proven practical experience in administrative or management position in a healthcare setting.
