What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Food Service Worker position at Samaritan Health?
Pay Range: $17.45 - $27.05
The base pay rnge is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants.Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity and contracts.
Minimum Education Requirement : High school level of knowledge.
Minimum Experience Requirement :
Previous experience in food service or sanitation preferred. Must be able to operate a variety of kitchen equipment. Must be able to read, write and follow instructions.
Lead FSW: Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Food Service. Must have the ability to independently take initiative and exercise good judgment in decision-making. High degree of honesty, integrity and confidentiality. Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to undertake new responsibilities as assigned. Ability to work under stress. Must demonstrate the ability to serve as a role model and team leader for others.
