What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nursing Supervisor SKH position at Samaritan Health?
Pay Range $38-$50/hour with Shift differentials available
The base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. Shift differentials have been included in the range. Pay is determined by factors including relevant experience, qualifications, specialty, internal equity and contracts.
Responsibilities:
· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. New York State RN license require.
· Minimum of 1 year acute care clinical experience and 2-3 years clinical and 1 year management experience in long term care preferred.
· Coursework in nursing management preferred.
· Possesses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles as well as facility policies and procedures; demonstrates ability to provide quality patient care, communicates and works effectively with people.
· Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
· Minimum one year acute care clinical experience and one year clinical experience in long term care preferred.
· Coursework in nursing management preferred. Schedule would include working every other weekend.
