Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy education program, with a minimum of a BS in Occupational Therapy.

Successful completion of all Occupational Therapy student internships.

New York State licensure and registration or eligible.
Qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively interact with residents and the geriatric population to which service are provided. The Occupational Therapist must have an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient's / resident’s specific needs and provide age specific treatment and care. BLS certification.
